    研究方向:

          低维半导体可控制备与异质集成技术

    主要科研成果:

          主要从事二维过渡金属硫族化合物及其范德华异质结构的精准制备研究,取得了多项原创性研究成果。在相关领域发表研究论文40余篇,其中第一/共同第一作者论文12 篇,包括Advanced Materials 1篇、Nano Letters 1篇、ACS Nano 4篇等。论文累计引用3500余次(Google Scholar)。已获授权国家发明专利 4 项。
