    研究方向:

           依托先进电子显微镜平台,发展高空间分辨表征技术,研究集成电子器件材料在工况条件下的结构—物性关联机制。

    科研成果:

           围绕磁光、磁电及外延薄膜器件的失效分析,以及氧化物半导体材料的物性调控机制,取得多项原创性研究成果(https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=zh-CN&user=rsgRkmkAAAAJ);同时发展了先进的高空间分辨磁性探测技术,为复杂功能材料中局域结构、电子态与磁性行为的关联研究提供了重要表征手段。相关成果发表在PNAS、Nature Energy、Nature Communications、JACS、Nano Letters等国际知名学术期刊,并获授权国家发明专利一项。现担任Microstructures期刊青年编委。
